Bad Weather Procedures

If the Wellsboro Area School District has a 10 AM delayed start, the library will also open at 10 AM. But if the WASD is closed, the library will attempt to open at 12 PM. Please call, check the website, or listen to local radio stations for the most up-to-date information about changes in our schedule due to the weather. including night and weekend hours.  Patron and staff safety are our biggest concerns.  Remember that our e-resources are available 24/7.  And, items have automatic renewals and no fines. (On days when we already start at 10, we will attempt to open on time.)
