Bad Weather Procedures

If the Wellsboro Area School District has a 10 AM delayed start, the library will also open at 10 AM*. But if the WASD is closed, the library will attempt to open at 12 PM. Please call, check the website, or listen to local radio stations for the most up-to-date information about changes in our schedule due to the weather. including night and weekend hours.  Patron and staff safety are our biggest concerns.  Remember that our e-resources are available 24/7.  And, items have automatic renewals and no fines. (*On Fridays when we already start at 10, we will attempt to open at 11 AM for both a school delay OR closer.)
