The library is excited to bring a new program to Wellsboro, supporting our Oceans of Possibilities summer program. Have you ever wanted to see a mermaid? Then, this is the program for you! Starting at 2 pm on Saturday, July 30, in the Gmeiner (Art Center behind the library), Liv, our mer performer, will host a virtual program talking about topics including creating your mersona, how to swim with a mermaid tail, professional mermaiding, and how environmentalism is a part of mermaiding.
