About Us
Collection
The library holds more than 54,000 items
including fiction, nonfiction, reference, large print,
young adult, and children's books. Also included are audio
books on tape, CD and Playaway, music CDs, and video
cassettes and DVDs. The library subscribes to more than 115
periodicals and newspapers.
Membership
Green Free Library cards are free and available to
residents of Pennsylvania. A valid PA Driver's license or
civilian ID is required. A parent or guardian must sign, in
person, for the application of a child under seventeen. The
library honors Access PA cards, and out-of-state residents,
with photo ID, may obtain a temporary card for a fee
of $25, refundable by mail, when the card is returned.
